Test the rule Kmax = hf - Φ. Frequency controls whether electrons are emitted at all, while intensity controls how many are emitted once the threshold is crossed.
Reading the result
Raising intensity below threshold does not eject electrons. Once frequency exceeds threshold, intensity mainly changes the number of emitted electrons, not their maximum kinetic energy.
